These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Member", or "Player") and XO368 (hereinafter referred to as "XO368", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the XO368 online gaming platform, including all products, services, features, and content available at xo368.lat and any associated subdomains or mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform").

XO368 operates as an online entertainment platform offering casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, lottery, and related services to eligible players, with a primary focus on serving the Malaysian market — including players across Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and all other states and territories of Malaysia.

By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and refrain from registration. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below. Unless the context otherwise requires, words in the singular shall include the plural and vice versa.

Access to and use of the Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. All conditions must be satisfied simultaneously and on a continuing basis throughout your membership with XO368.

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register or use the Platform. XO368 strictly enforces this age limit and will require documentary proof of age (such as a Malaysian IC, Driver's Licence, or valid Passport) during the KYC verification process. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all associated funds may be forfeited.

3.2 One Account Per Member

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening or operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

3.3 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during Account registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. XO368 reserves the right to verify all registration information at any time and to suspend or terminate Accounts where information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

3.4 Account Eligibility Conditions

• You are an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of or accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on the Platform or any related platform.
• You are not an employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee of XO368.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement under the laws applicable to you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your Account and to notify XO368 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

XO368 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain Account security. All transactions and bets placed through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — are your responsibility. XO368 will treat all activity on your Account as authorised by you unless and until we receive written notification to the contrary.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

XO368 supports the following payment channels for Malaysian Members: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise specified in the applicable payment method's terms. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and Member tier. XO368 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• KYC Verification: All withdrawal requests require the completion of KYC verification prior to processing.
• Wagering Requirements: Any bonus funds and associated winnings are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Account Standing: Withdrawals are only processed from Accounts in good standing with no outstanding disputes, flags, or compliance holds.
• Name Matching: The name on your registered Account must match the name on your payment account. Third-party payments are not accepted.
• Processing Times: E-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes; bank transfers within 5–60 minutes. Times are estimates and not guarantees.

5.4 Cryptocurrency Transactions

Deposits and withdrawals made via cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20 and other supported tokens) are processed at the exchange rate applicable at the time of transaction. XO368 is not liable for any loss arising from exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and withdrawal. Cryptocurrency processing times are subject to network confirmation requirements.

XO368 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Members, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to registered Members who meet the conditions specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• Single Bonus Policy: Only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry wagering requirements which must be fulfilled before bonus funds or related winnings are eligible for withdrawal. Specific wagering multiples are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Sports bets, slots, live casino, and other categories may carry different contribution percentages.
• Expiry: Bonuses and bonus-related winnings expire if not used or if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period.
• Abuse: XO368 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold related winnings if it reasonably determines that a Member has abused the promotion system or acted in bad faith.

All betting and gaming activity on the Platform is governed by the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific or sport-specific rules published on the Platform.

7.1 Finality of Bets

Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Member. XO368 reserves the right to void or reverse any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or in violation of these Terms.

7.2 Odds and Game Outcomes

XO368 reserves the right to correct any obvious errors in published odds or game settings. In the event of a manifest error, XO368 shall not be liable to honour any bets placed on incorrect terms. All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation and are subject to the published Return to Player (RTP) rates.

7.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may be adjusted at XO368's discretion without prior notice.

7.4 Suspicious Activity

XO368 reserves the right to void any bet or withhold payment of winnings where there is reasonable grounds to believe that the Member has engaged in arbitrage betting, collusion, use of automated betting software, exploitation of system errors, or any other form of activity that constitutes unfair advantage.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances (including real-money funds and bonuses), and may result in legal action being taken against the Member.

• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or at any stage of Account operation.
• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other method of circumventing geographic restrictions.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or other software tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including structuring deposits and withdrawals to exploit promotional terms.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable anti-money-laundering laws.
• Sharing Account credentials with third parties or allowing others to operate your Account.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing XO368 staff or other Members.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and data compilations — is the property of XO368 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The XO368 brand name, logo, and all associated marks are proprietary to XO368.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial use of Platform content without the prior written consent of XO368 is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, XO368, its directors, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

XO368 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform. We shall not be liable for any loss arising from technical failures, server downtime, network interruptions, or maintenance periods. In all circumstances, XO368's maximum aggregate liability to any Member in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited by that Member in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

XO368 reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or permanently close any Account and deny access to the Platform where:

• A Member has breached any provision of these Terms.
• A Member has provided false or fraudulent information.
• A Member is found to be a minor (under 21 years of age).
• XO368 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the Platform.
• A Member has been subject to a valid self-exclusion request.
• XO368 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory requirement, or court order.

A Member may close their Account voluntarily by contacting XO368's support team. Upon voluntary closure in good standing, any remaining real-money Balance (net of applicable bonus balances) will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method, subject to KYC clearance and applicable withdrawal conditions.

XO368 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and to protecting vulnerable individuals from the potential harms associated with excessive gambling. We provide the following responsible gambling tools to all Members:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account at any time.
• Loss Limits: Members may set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Members may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform by contacting our support team.

XO368 collects personal data strictly for the purposes of operating the Platform, fulfilling its legal and regulatory obligations (including KYC and anti-money-laundering requirements), and improving the Member experience. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

XO368 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice to Members. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible on the Platform and will be identified by the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact support to initiate Account closure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which XO368 is licensed and operated. The applicable governing jurisdiction is determined by the registration and operating licences held by XO368 at the time of the relevant dispute.

In the event of any dispute between a Member and XO368, the Member must first contact our customer support team in writing at [email protected] and allow a period of no fewer than 30 calendar days for XO368 to review and respond to the complaint before initiating any formal legal proceedings.

XO368's decision on all matters relating to betting outcomes, bonus eligibility, and Account-level determinations shall be final and binding, subject only to manifest error.
